Can I create a rollout package for Factory Talk Activation?

We are using the Emonitor program with factory talk activation, and we deploy applications to (new) users when they log in. Our tech in charge of this has created a package for the program itself, but we are having problems trying to create the package for the FTA product. Is this product component even able to be deployed automatically? Normally we should not need to, as our users will be getting upgrades via deployment and already have the FTA client installed and configured, but when the users change or a new one is added we will need to deploy the FTA client with the software.

We are using Admin Studio for building and deploying packages.

Any susggestions?
