Anyone know the ramifications of mistakenly wiring the Input Power leads to the Motor terminals, and wiring the motor leads to the Input Power Terminals? Smoked Drive?

You might get lucky. The IGBT's in the drive will and can handle voltage on the motor terminals such as when you regen a drive. The DC bus and surrounding circuits could have sustained some damage. Have you tried wiring the drive up correctly and turn on the power?

No, I have not tried rewiring. I just wanted to know if anyone had drive failures when miswired as described. Looking for forensic evidence of IGBT failure when miswired - smoking gun evidence. Thanks!
