Hi! I'm trying to use the profiler without success and can't find detailed information on how to configure.
Does anybody know of some literature about the Profiler function of PF755?
Thanks,
Marcinio

I don’t know of any specific literature on configuring the profiler. The user manual has some information on this on page B-45 and B-46.
You have to be sure that you are using profiling. Parameter #309 = 6 (Profiler)
What specific problems are you having?

Hi! I've tested the other modes of operation, Speed, Torque, PTP, Direct and it works very well. When I try to configure as a profiler (P309 and other profiler parameter), even a simple speed profiler it does not execute the steps. I noted the drive starts (it's possible to rear the switching noise) for less than a second and stops. The status of profiler indicates completed and nothing happens!
Some type of lab guide will be very helpfull.
Thanks!

I completely agree that a lab would be useful. I do not have a lab. Sorry.
From your description, it sounds like the profiler is setup, but misconfigured. Some easier to miss things to note:
user manual - page 3-124:
[Type] = Speed Profile
[Action] = Time Blend, Wait Dig-in, or Step to Next
[Value] is the Total Time to complete the move. Time is specified in 1/100ths of a second (1000 = 10.00 sec). Negative values result in time = 0 sec (no move)
Step 1 parameters are 1230 - 1239. The Type is at the top, and the Action is near the bottom.
Valid steps are 1 through 16. The default starting step is 0. (I believe that it will go to step 1 in this configuration though.)
I would like to help as much as I can. Generally, the more detailed information that you provide; the easier it is for me to help.
