we as a system integrator, we have bought a package of all allen bradley softwares with 5 numbers of floating license. is there anything apart from this we need to buy as support contract from allen bradley? because as one of the persons who uses this forum has mentioned his messages are being moved from the forum, even my message was moved out the forum and i am not able to see it anymore canJHutch (think he is the moderator of this forum) tell us what we need to do to get the support contract or will there be any details in the package that we have bought stating about the support contract. You need a TechConnect support contract.

If you aren't sure whether it was included in the package you purchased, contact the distributor you purchased from or call into Technical Support in your region.  Either place should be able to get you straightened out.

Gopal, if you have your TechConnect Authorization Number, insert it in the Knowledgebase Profile - My Profile - TechConnect Support Contract.
