Where on the Rockwell website do I sign up to get Product Service Advisories e-mailed to me?

PSAs are released in the Knowledge Base.  If you log in there, go to My Stuff -> Profiles/Notifications, you'll see an area at the bottom where you can sign up/delete notifications on individual answers and/or whole groups of answers.

In your case, click the drop down under Categories and select Product Safety Advisories and Notices.  Then, click the Add Category button to add it to your notification list.

Anytime a PSA is updated, you'll get an email.
