Condition Monitoring

I have a couple of Enwatches that are monitoring cooling towers at our plant that periodically stop collecting data after the towers shut down and then restart. Since the towers are variable speed,we have Tach inputs on the Enwatch boards. We have Enwatches with no tach inputs on other pieces of equipment that stop and start intermittently with no data collection problems. Is there a setting on the Enwatch we are missing?
