the controller needs to be able to recieve the radio signal from the atomic clock system to keep it accurate. then need to be able to sound alarms on and off 20 to 30 times daily.

I have previously used a PLC card from www.Hiprom.com for acess to the atomic clock in the world satelite GPS system 

Very easy to set up and comes with an arial and required cable
