As far as a wiring diagram, check the user installation manual 2098-IN003.  It is available from the literature library found at www.ab.com

As far as starting the motor on power up, would need the compete part number of the drive.  It this configured for indexing?  If so, there is an auto indexing mode that when the drive is powered up and the enable input goes high, it starts its indexing cycle.  Check article 44622 in the Knowledge Base.
