I have recently installed the Product Selection Toolbox DVD (Publication PST-SG002D-EN-V) and am having difficulty getting the program update utility to download any updates. I have the internet connection settings configured to allow internet connections and check for updates every 24 hours. However, when I run the utility no updates are shown to be available. The icon in the system tray has a red crossed-out circle and I cannot seem to get past this point. Are there any other configuration settings anywhere else, or is there a specific port that has to be enabled on our IT side to get this to work? Thanks, Steven
