Can you please let me know what ProposalWorks says in the lower right corner of the screen? It should be AUS. I am not able to replicate this problem so we will need more details. I have also ran the most current updates.
Regards-
Jen

It says " Total (US) $ 0.00 "
As I said in my previous message, I did a project when I first installed it which displayed in (AUS) $. I just opened the project and it still displays in AUS $. and adding another item also is the correct AUS$ amount.
If I close this project and start a new project it displays US$ in the bottom right hand corner. I enter the same item as per the first project and it does display the US$ amount correctly.
I'll email the two projects that I've created.
Obviously I can use the Test_AUS.prp file as a template for now to get the correct pricing.

Bill-
Please send the prp files to PST_Support@ra.rockwell.com. We would also like you to uninstall the software. Save all of your proposal files to a folder on the desktop. Then go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs please remove Product Selection Toolbox. When this is removed go to c: program files and delete the RAISE directory. Reboot the computer. After the reboot please intall off the DVD, you should have PST-SG001E-EN-V.
We will continue to look into your problem when we get the files, but a complete reinstall should also fix this odd behavior.
Thanks-
Jen

Jen,
I don't have Product Selection Toolbox in Add or Remove Software. Would it be Raise Software?
Bill
