Hi -
At this point we currently do not work with the 64 bit version, only the 32 bit version of AutoCAD. We are hoping to have a 64 bit solution available in the coming months.
Regards-
Jen

I have not found any information on how to identify if you are running 32bit or 64bit, but I would guess that if you have a 32 bit version it would be installed under C:\Program Files (x86). Typically all 64bit programs get installed under C:\Program Files. The different installation directories only exist on a 64bit capable computer (and a 64bit application would not install on a 32bit computer), so if you have both directories referenced above, you should be able to tell what version you are running just by seeing where AutoCAD is installed.

If you try to load eCADWORKS on your version of AutoCad 2010 and it won't work, then you'll know the you are running the 64-bit version. I am just a 32-bit boy lost in a 64-bit world...
